I don't know who made this little video but it is brilliant. Dr Jacobson of Yale University confirms that the Naturalization Law of 1790 said that only a Free White Person can become a citizen of America. The video shows that starting with the law of 1870 was when Blacks were allowed to become American citizens. Thereafter the laws kept changing until now, anyone of any race can become an American.
